Watermark is a Somers holiday house that is available for weekly or weekend rent all year round. Watermark is in Somers Victoria on the Mornington Peninsula with views overlooking Western Port Bay towards Phillip Island. It is surrounded by an established garden and lawns. There is a sun deck area plus an outdoor BBQ.

You can do as much or as little as you like. See Things To Do for more information and links to other websites. From visiting the majestic Coolart homestead to eclectic cafes at Flinders and the bustling market on Sunday morning at Bittern that makes Somers the wonderland it is.
If you love bike riding then the ride along the coast from Somers to Merricks, to Flinders or to Red Hill are great or alternativly spend hour upon hour sifting through antiques at Tyabb, sipping wine from nearby vineyards or walking along beautiful beaches.
