AU$1000 per week for the peak period from December to and including Easter* and AU$800 per week for the off peak period from the end of April to November*. Cleaning of $70.00 to be paid by the tenant, no linen supplied.

$150 per night for the weekend (Friday, Saturday night), includes cleaning, no linen supplied.
